Wendall Hall: Ice Road Trucker

Wedall HallWendall Hall was one of the original truckers on the oil
pipeline “Ice Road” in Alaska, back in the 1970’s and
80’s. He was the first trucker to drive the road from Fairbanks to Prudhoe Bay while it was under construction.
His films and stories give the audience insights into the
dangers, the adventures, and the beauty of Alaska -
and driving trucks under extreme conditions.

Wendall's videos were filmed during the 1970's, using the available technology at that time, while he was driving on Alaska's Ice Road, and are presented as a historical documentary of his experiences.
